Jealous of Love (3:26)
(original version, 2005)

A baby-faced girl, sipping wine with her man,
Awakened me last night,
To feelings with you, that I’ve never had,
They brought them into light.

Her nails made, circles on his back,
And love looked through her eyes,
Their natural way, to interact.

How can I be jealous of love?
But I want you, to touch me that way, hey,
How can I be jealous of love?
But I want you to smile at me, with your heart.

Your delicate hands, your mischievous smile,
Teased me with your fun.
I sat in my car; I stared at the wheel,
I knew you were the one.

But no love, looked through your eyes,
Did you not know how? Did I miss your cue?
Are you different than she? Do we harmonize?

Her touch upon his back was magic,
The look within her eyes was magic,
I want to feel that way with you.
Is the magic there from you?
